By partnering with property owners, portfolio landlords and letting agents, we provide fully-furnished luxury accommodation for professionals who are working in the local area. Our landlord partners can choose to have guaranteed rent for up to five years or work with us on a management basis for a fee - either way, we take care of your property and all of the day-to-day running of the cleaning, maintenance and of course, the guests.

HOW IT WORKS

CONSULTATION

Over phone or zoom, we discuss your property journey so far and what your goals are for the future.  

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We regularly inspect, clean and take care of all minor maintenance.

VIEWING

I’ll come and view your property, and ideally, meet you too.

 

END OF THE AGREEMENT

We will return your property to you deep cleaned and in excellent condition.

PROPOSAL

I’ll work with you to create mutually beneficial detailed proposal, agree a monthly rent or management fee, and prepare the agreement.

PREPARATION & MARKETING

We will get your property ready to receive guests and let everyone know that it’s available for bookings.
